Which Storyteller story is your favourite? Your least-favourite I'd put this in poll format, but since I'm not a paid user... well, I can't. So:

Fearnot
Hans my Hedgehog
Sapsorrow
A Story Short
The Heartless Giant
The Luck Child
The Soldier and Death
The Three Ravens
The True Bride

For me:
Favourite: Tricky this one. The Soldier and Death I think. Though The Three Ravens and A Story Short come in close behind.
Least favourite: Hans my Hedgehog. I never really enjoyed that one, although I like that the Storyteller is in it as a character in his own right, and the music that "began with hello and ended with goodbye".

Current Mood:
sleepy sleepy
Current Music:
Will Young

I would also say the Soldier and Death was my favorite. Next would be True Bride (but mainly because of Sean Bean). I've seen Three Ravens the most, because I show it in one of my classes.

My favourite is "A Story Short", because the Storyteller is right in the middle of it all. And I adore his speech about what a storyteller is to the king.

My least favourite is "The Solider and Death" because it's so sad.

My two favorites were definately the two episodes that were used during the last half of The Jim Henson Hour, namely "The Soldier and Death", and "The Heartless Giant". Those stories definately had an impact on my childhood.

my favourite
would have to be The Heartless Giant, with The Luck Child a close second.
I remember them well, but wish I had them on DVD, it's been years since I've seen them. Though I think I saw them on vhs in Dunedin in my student years.
